Loyola Medicine is seeking a dynamic and strategicExecutive Director, Clinical Integrated Network (CIN) to help shape the future of population health and value-based care across our physician network. This highly visible leadership role offers the opportunity to partner directly with theVP& Chief Medical Officer of Population Health to drive the strategic vision, operational excellence, and financial performance of Loyola Physician Partners (LPP).
The ideal candidate is a collaborative healthcare leader with deep experience in Clinical Integrated Networks (CINs), Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), population health, or value-based care models. This role is responsible for advancing physician engagement, network performance, governance operations, and the successful execution of alternative payment model (APM) contracts.

About the Role
Reporting to theVP& Chief Medical Officer of Population Health, the Executive Director serves as a key strategic and operational leader for Loyola Physician Partners (LPP), Loyola Medicine's Clinical Integrated Network.
This position provides executive oversight for the network's non-clinical operations, governance structure, provider engagement strategies, and operational performance. The Executive Director collaborates closely with physician leaders, health system executives, and network participants to support clinical integration, population health initiatives, value-based care performance, and long-term growth strategies.
The role is primarily remote, with a preference for candidates located within three hours of the Chicago metropolitan area.
What You'll Do
- Drive Quality& Performance: Ensure the Clinical Integrated Network (CIN) meets regulatory, contractual, and quality performance goals while supporting exceptional patient and provider experiences.
- Lead Financial Success: Monitor financial performance, support budgeting efforts, identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, and help drive value-based care results.
- Support Growth& Strategy: Advance the CIN's strategic initiatives, develop meaningful performance metrics, and support expansion of network and value-based care opportunities.
- Inspire Teams& Partnerships: Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation while building strong relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare leaders.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, improve outcomes, and support new care models and payment strategies that drive clinical and financial success.
What You'll Need
Required
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of5 years of progressive leadership experience in a complex healthcare environment.
- Experience leading operations within a:
- Clinical Integrated Network (CIN)
- Accountable Care Organization (ACO)
- Physician network
- Medical group
- Health system environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting value-based care programs and alternative payment models (APMs).
- Strong understanding of population health management, quality improvement, network performance, and healthcare analytics.
- Experience working with provider governance structures and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, relationship-building, and physician engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
- Experience managing staff and supporting boards and governance committees.
- Proven track record improving clinical, operational, and financial performance in value-based care environments.

Pay range: $128,000 - $211,200 Annualized
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
Annual Bonus: Eligible for incentive compensation annual target as outlined in Plan Document.
