We are seeking a versatile, full-time Facilities Maintenance Specialist to oversee the upkeep and operational excellence of our 5-building campus near Dripping Springs, TX. This role offers the exciting opportunity to ensure our physical infrastructure keeps pace with our rapid expansion. You will partner directly with ownership on upcoming expansion projects while maintaining autonomy over the day-to-day operations of the campus. We believe in clear expectations. In this role, you will manage both the inside and outside of our campus, keeping it functional, safe, and welcoming. Your core responsibilities will include:

Partner on Facility Buildouts: Work directly with the business owner on upcoming company buildouts and expansion projects. This includes assessing project scopes, sourcing vendors, and gathering/comparing quotes.

Execute Preventative Maintenance: Manage and perform routine upkeep across all 5 buildings, including HVAC filter replacements, UV light changes, and plumbing inspections, security system, fire alarm maintenance, water restocking.

Maintain Facility Integrity: Identify and execute repairs for weather- or age-related wear, including drywall repair, professional-grade painting, light plumbing, and minor mechanical fixes.

Coordinate Event SetupLogistics: Partner closely with the Office Manager to handle logistics, furniture arrangement, and physical setup/teardown for campus events.

Manage GroundsSecurity: Ensure all indoor and outdoor common areas are clean, clear of obstructions, and properly secured.

Optimize Workspace Logistics: Assemble furniture, hang signage, and handle general "handyman" tasks to keep our offices and warehouses fully operational.

Ensure SafetyCompliance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all repairs meet safety standards to minimize facility downtime.
We are looking for a reliable professional with a broad range of hands-on experience, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor.

Versatile Trade Experience: Proven experience handling light plumbing, drywall installation/finishing, professional painting, and minor mechanical or electrical repairs.

ProjectVendor Coordination: Experience gathering vendor quotes, estimating project needs, and collaborating with ownership or leadership on facility projects.

Proactive Problem-Solver: A "find a way" mindset with the ability to identify facility needs and tackle them before they become emergencies.

Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, climb ladders, operate scissor lifts and forklifts, and remain active on your feet throughout the day.

ReliabilityAutonomy: A strong track record of punctuality, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to oversee a 5-building campus with minimal supervision.

Ability to effectively utilize maintenance ticketing systems and track preventative maintenance.

Advanced Trade Skills: Experience with small welding jobs or light carpentry.

Budget Familiarity: Basic understanding of project budgeting and reading contractor proposals.
