Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Restoration Business Developer specializing in Water Damage B2B services! In this role, you will drive growth by building strong relationships with commercial clients (plumbers), identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our presence in the water damage restoration industry. Compensation
Base Salary ($55,000-$100,000/year) with benefits PLUS commissions (2%). Base pay is commensurate by experience in restoration sales.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the water damage restoration sector by engaging with potential commercial clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and increase revenue streams.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, property managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Utilize CRM software such as Hubspot to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales performance.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the restoration, construction, or related industries.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software like Hubspot or similar platforms for managing customer relationships.
