We provide snow plowing/blowing, salting, and sidewalk clearing services to residential clients with consistency, speed, and safety.

WHO YOU ARE:
- Experienced with snow plowing—or quick to learn and confident behind the wheel.
- Responsible, reliable, and ready to roll when the snow starts falling.
- Calm under pressure and focused in tough conditions.
- Proud of keeping properties clean, clear, and safe.
- Punctual, professional, and positive in attitude.
- Capable of operating a plow truck, tractor, salt spreader, and other winter equipment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
DAILY OPERATIONS & JOB EXECUTION
- Respond to snow events promptly, following route schedules and instructions.
- Plow driveways, and roads with attention to detail and safety.
- Apply salt as needed.
- Document completed services using a mobile app on a tablet.
EQUIPMENT HANDLING & MAINTENANCE
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip equipment checks.
- Report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Keep truck/tractor clean, fueled, and ready for the next storm.
CUSTOMER INTERACTION & ON-SITE COMMUNICATION
- Represent the company with professionalism when interacting with clients.
- Handle basic questions or concerns courteously.
- Report any property damage or hazards immediately.
QUALITY ASSURANCE & SAFETY
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Keep routes clear, not just passable—client satisfaction is the goal.
- Be aware of obstacles, hazards, and traffic conditions at all times.
REPORTING & FEEDBACK
- Submit route logs, timecards, and service updates promptly.
- Provide feedback on route challenges, client concerns, or safety issues.
