About Us:
Innerlight Therapy is a thriving private practice in Nevada County, CA, dedicated to holistic and experiential healing. Our approach integrates somatic psychotherapy, depth psychology, expressive arts, equine therapy, Gestalt, and trauma-informed practices to create meaningful change for our clients.
We are seeking an Associate Therapist (AMFT, ASW, or APCC) to join our team in a virtual role. This position offers high-quality clinical supervision and hands-on training in Equine-Assisted Therapy, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Depth Psychology, and Gestalt modalities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and verify insurance coverage.
- Independently manage your schedule and caseload with administrative support.
- Complete intake paperwork and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with client needs.
- Maintain ethical and legal compliance per California BBS guidelines.
- Attend weekly supervision and engage in ongoing training opportunities.
- Receive training in TherapyNotes EHR and medical billing procedures.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Registered Associate (AMFT, ASW, or APCC) with the California BBS.
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with medical recordkeeping.
- Experience or interest in somatic psychotherapy, depth psychology, and experiential modalities.
