Maintenance for an assisted living facility needed.
Job duties include but not limited to:
General building maintenance/handyman services, painting, plumbing, minor electrical, trash duty, yard clean up, etc.
Must be organized and take initiative.
Must be able to follow direction and complete tasks without repeated instruction
Previous maintenance experience preferred.
MUST have or obtain Level 2 Background Screening before hire.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
