Duties
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and bussing tables to ensure efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, and food handling stations in accordance with health standards
- Support catering events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up after functions
- Engage with guests courteously, addressing their needs and providing excellent customer service
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices
- Clear tables promptly and assist with restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering or hospitality preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety standards is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in hotel or food industry settings is advantageous
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service
