Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Part Time Cleaner to join our dynamic team! This energetic role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various commercial and residential spaces. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will utilize your custodial expertise to deliver top-tier service, ensuring environments are safe, spotless, and welcoming. Duties
CENTER CITY PHILADELPHIA
Cleaning Service Checklist- (2) DAYS PER WEEK)-Tuesday and Friday: 1:00PM-5:00PM
☐ 1. Vacuuming: All stairs, hallway(s), and landings, carpets, including mats will be vacuumed.
☐ 2. Entrance Areas: All glass doors and side panels will be fully wiped cleaned each time on both sides (weather permitting); interior glass doors will be cleaned.
☐ 3. Entrance Mats: Carpeted entrance mats will be vacuumed. Rubber or vinyl mats will be swept or brushed.
☐ 4. Tile Floors: Tile floors in entrance areas will be thoroughly swept and fully damp mopped with a neutral cleaner.
☐ 5. Dusting: Fully dust entire lobby area to remove all dirt and cobwebs from windowsills, wall ledges, corners and light fixtures.
☐ 6. Wood Trim and Railings: Wood trim will be fully dusted and wiped down; any and all hand railings will be fully wiped down.
☐ 7. Pictures and Bookcase Display: All wall hung pictures and other wall decorations will be dusted, damp wiped and straightened.
☐ 8. Carpet and Lobby Furniture: Carpets and upholstered furniture will be thoroughly vacuumed, making sure to get into corners and along edges as well as under pillows, and straightened up.
☐ 9. Walls: Wall surfaces around light switches, doorframes and wall columns will be spot cleaned to remove all dirt, fingerprints and marks.
☐ 10. Fitness Center: Dust and wipe clean all fitness equipment, vacuum/damp mop all rubber and hard surface flooring. Clean all fitness center mirrors, refill all hand towels as needed.
☐ 11. Ledges/Windowsills: Will be dusted and wiped.
☐ 12. Baseboards: Will be dusted and wiped.
☐ 13. Lights: Will be dusted to remove all cobwebs.
☐ 14. Exit Signs: Will be dusted to remove any and all cobwebs.
☐ 15. Front Door Glass: All front door glass and side glass as well as automatic doors at the top of the stairs in the lobby will be fully cleaned on both sides.
☐ 16. Perimeter of Property: The entire exterior perimeter including the courtyard, side areas, and rear of the property will be patrolled and cleared of all trash, litter and debris.
☐ 17. Garage Area: The garage area will be cleaned; floors will be fully swept and damp mopped.
☐ 18. All Elevators: Will be fully detail cleaned and polished; flooring will be fully swept and damp mopped.
☐ 19. Back Hallway: Will be fully cleaned including the mailbox/package room — fully dusted, damp wiped; floors will be fully swept and damp mopped.
☐ 20. Trash/Recycling Room: Check trash room to remove all trash and recycling. All trash/recycling bins will be taken out to the curb for pickup and returned once empty. Clean and disinfect trash containers as needed. Trash/recycling room will be fully swept and damp mopped. Cleaning company will provide once per week trash put out and return service on the designated trash collection day.
☐ Weekly — Clean laser sensors in VRC and wipe VRC rollup door down, including sensors.
