Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Industrial Insulation Helper to join our team. This position assists insulation mechanics and other crew members with industrial insulation installation and removal projects at industrial facilities, plants, and job sites.
This is a hands-on position that requires physical labor, working at heights, and the ability to work safely as part of a team. Previous industrial, insulation, or mechanical experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Assist insulation mechanics with installation and removal of industrial insulation
- Help measure, cut, prepare, and install insulation materials
- Load, unload, and move tools and materials around the job site
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with scaffolding, lifts, and other equipment as directed
- Follow all company and job-site safety rules and procedures
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Work safely at heights and in industrial environments
- Perform general labor duties as assigned
- Work effectively with supervisors and other crew members
Qualifications
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors and in industrial environments
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment
- Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolds, and elevated work platforms
- Willingness to learn industrial insulation techniques
- Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
- Previous construction or industrial experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to pass any required job-site safety requirements
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
