Cincinnati Custom Concrete is a well-established construction company specializing in commercial, industrial, and residential concrete projects. We are currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our team and help deliver high-quality results on a wide range of projects.
Position Summary:
We are looking for skilled and motivated concrete finishers with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in placing, finishing, protecting, and repairing concrete in construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, sidewalks, roads, and curbs using a variety of hand and power tools
- Set forms to hold concrete and ensure alignment, depth, and pitch
- Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure surface
- Monitor the effects of weather on concrete and take appropriate measures
- Patch voids and use saws to cut expansion joints
- Follow drawings and project plans
- Work safely and comply with company and OSHA safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of concrete finishing experience
- Proficient with hand and power finishing tools (e.g., trowels, screeds, floats)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
