Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders accurately and efficiently from the kitchen to tables, maintaining proper food handling procedures
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring the dining area remains tidy and inviting
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and kitchen surroundings through regular cleaning tasks
- Communicate effectively with chefs and front-of-house team to coordinate timely service delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries courteously and professionally, fostering a positive dining experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Experience in bussing, cleaning, or general restaurant duties is a plus
- Knowledge of the food industry standards for serving and hospitality practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- A friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for all guests
