Job Summary
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Budtender to join our team at Floro in New Jersey. As a Budtender, you'll be a crucial part of our dispensary operations, delivering exceptional customer service, guiding customers in their product selections, and assisting with inventory management. Primary Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

Adhere to established sales and customer service policies to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products and strains available, sharing this knowledge with team members.

Handle cash transactions accurately and securely using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Count and reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, preparing deposits for management.

Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, communicating any necessary actions to management.

Guide customers in product selection by sharing insights on how different consumption methods can affect their experience.

Ensure dispensary cleanliness and organization to enhance the customer experience.

Proactively address any reported issues or customer complaints, conducting necessary maintenance and data collection.

Maintain visitor logs to track store traffic effectively.

Provide end-of-day updates to management for seamless communication.

Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations in compliance with laws and guidelines.

Contribute to daily and monthly audits by participating in product counts at the beginning and end of each shift

Job Requirements:

- Strong understanding of New Jersey cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.
