Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Fee-For-Service Telehealth Therapist to join our dedicated team. This is a flexible, remote opportunity ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services and supporting clients on their journey toward emotional wellness and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual individual therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions
- Complete thorough intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health records
- Participate in team case consultations and clinical support meetings as needed
- Engage in ongoing trainings and professional development opportunities
- Uphold ethical, professional, and culturally competent standards of care
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active New York licensure (LMSW or LCSW )
- Registered with NPI and CAQH
- 1–3 years of clinical experience in mental health settings preferred
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing)
- Commitment to anti-oppressive, culturally competent care
- Current malpractice insurance required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive per-session pay ($30–$50 depending on experience)

Minimum Commitment:
