Industrial Maintenance Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shift
Pay: $35–$42/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Weekly
Start Date: 05/25/2026
Shift Times:
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (+$0.50 shift differential)
- 3rd Shift: (+$1.00 shift differential)
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
We are currently hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a leading manufacturing facility. We are looking for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
We have immediate openings for:
- 4 Technicians on 2nd Shift
- 4 Technicians on 3rd Shift
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and production equipment
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance
- Work from maintenance work orders, prints, schematics, manuals, and checklists
- Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems including cylinders, pumps, motors, valves, regulators, hoses, and fittings
- Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs efficiently
- Install and maintain gas-fired ovens, burners, and control systems
- Align, level, and balance equipment and control systems
- Complete maintenance documentation and communicate repair updates
- Conduct equipment validations, safety audits, and quality inspections
- Follow all HSE, safety, and production standards
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills required
- Hydraulics experience preferred but not required
- Previous experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician required
- Ability to use hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and maintenance equipment
- Associate degree in a technical field OR:
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR
- Completion of an apprenticeship program OR
- Journeyman card in millwright, mechanical, machinist, or related trade
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and common sense in a manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
- Standing for extended periods
- Bending, kneeling, twisting, and climbing
- Ability to work in an industrial environment
