Company Description Studio Lymphology is a wellness-focused practice specializing in Studio Lymphology’s proprietary method of lymphatic drainage massage designed to support overall health, recovery, and relaxation. Role Description All therapists hired by Studio Lymphology will receive in-depth 3 weeks of paid hands-on training in the proprietary lymphatic drainage method, along with scientific training modules for further education. The therapist will be expected to provide high-quality lymphatic drainage massage services to a diverse clientele in an on-site setting at our Santa Fe, NM studio. This is a full-time role, where at a minimum 20 hours per week of hands-on work is expected 4 days per week. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, maintaining a clean and safe environment, managing appointments and documentation, and educating clients on post-session care. The therapist will collaborate with the studio team to ensure consistent service standards, uphold professional ethics, and support client retention and satisfaction. Additional duties may include participating in team meetings, attending relevant trainings, and contributing to studio events or promotions as needed. Qualifications
- Strong hands-on skills in bodywork.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.
- Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist in New Mexico, with up-to-date liability insurance.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage, with a commitment to safety and ethical practice.
- Ability to maintain accurate client records, manage time effectively, and work a consistent full-time schedule on-site.
- Prior experience in a spa, wellness, medical, or therapeutic setting is preferred; interest in lymphatic drainage massage is required.
- Commitment to continuing education, professional growth, and collaboration within a team-focused environment.
Pay: $50.00 - $82.50 per hour
