Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Planning & Operations

Assist in developing and executing production plans and schedules to meet customer demand

Create and manage work orders based on material availability and production processes

Monitor and maintain accurate records of work orders, materials usage, and production progress using the ERP system

Review and analyze warehouse inventory daily and monthly to maintain optimal stock levels

Coordinate with Korea headquarters to prevent inventory shortages or excesses

Assist with month-end inventory closing and reporting to headquarters

Generate reports on production, inventory, and performance metrics

Support downtime data recording and corrective action implementation to improve OEE
Training Provided

Production control planning, ERP systems, new hire orientation, OSHA compliance, and forklift operation
Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Korean preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of supply chain processes

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a team environment

SAP/ERP experience preferred

Education & Experience
