What You'll Do

Manage Inventory: Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and maintain product availability.

Execute Merchandising: Implement planograms and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.

Drive Sales: Carry out promotional strategies, launch marketing campaigns, and track performance.

Build Relationships: Partner with store managers and commissary staff to ensure seamless execution and strong in-store support.

Maintain Excellence: Ensure proper product presentation, pricing, labeling, and adherence to merchandising guidelines.

Analyze and Adapt: Anticipate needs, communicate inventory concerns, and help optimize sales performance.

Promote Compliance: Follow all military retailers and installation rules and safety protocols.
Tools of the Trade

Personal phone with texting and email capabilities

Access to email for updates and reporting

Hand trucks, six-wheel/flatbed trolleys, scanners, and various pricing devices
What You Bring

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively

An independent, proactive work ethic with a team-focused attitude

Ability to lift as much as 40 pounds and perform tasks involving kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead

Flexibility to work various shifts, including some holidays

Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is a plus, but not required
