This is not the job for someone who wants to sit at a desk scrolling their phone, waiting for customers to walk through the door. Sales is a profession that rewards effort, consistency, and hustle. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers both in person and over the phone.
- Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and walk-in traffic.
- Conduct customer interviews to determine transportation needs and budget.
- Present vehicle options and explain financing programs.
- Complete credit applications and gather required documentation.
- Build value in our vehicles, warranty programs, and financing options.
- Follow up daily with unsold customers through calls, texts, and emails.
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales, appointment, and follow-up goals.
- Deliver vehicles while ensuring customers understand payment schedules and dealership expectations.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Work closely with management to continuously improve sales performance.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
- BHPH experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and texting customers.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to work Saturdays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
