1. Partner with treatment team and clients to assist in recovery, advocacy, the development and utilization of coping skills.
2. Assist clients in navigating behavioral health, education, court systems, and other social services to manage and overcome any identified restrictions.
3. Provide outreach services to clients, including routine phone and emergency outreach.
4. Plan and facilitate engagement activities for clients and familial supports.
5. Provide prevention, psychoeducation, and support services to patients regarding mental health, substance use, recovery and overall wellness.
6. Assist with the provision of recovery support services that provide emotional and practical support to maintain client remission.
7. Coordinate the completion of regular drug testing for clients.
8. Complete documentation in a timely manner in accordance with guidelines established by Tanana Chiefs Conference, Indian Health Services, state and federal agencies and regulatory agencies.
