M.R. Parker Law P.C. is seeking a litigation paralegal to join our team. Job duties will include preparation of pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, preparing deposition notices, scheduling of depositions, calendaring, drafting meet-and-confer letters, preparing of pre-trial documents and other assorted job duties. Discovery experience a plus but not necessary. Will train the right candidate. Spanish speaking is a plus for this position. Pay dependent upon experience.
