Primary Responsibilities
- You will ensure a friendly customer experience is provided in every interaction
- You will gain a detailed working knowledge of the La-Z-Boy and Tipperary Sales warranties, La-Z-Boy furniture as well as other products or services offered by Tipperary Sales
- You will ensure all requests and complaints are addressed in a timely manner and the client is kept informed of progress and final resolution
- You will problem-solve to determine the proper course of action needed with each customer issue. Effectively communicating the service process with the customer
- You will process service reports accurately and efficiently as is necessary for the proper function of the service department
- You will be trained to make decisions regarding customer service issues within approved guidelines
- You will accurately complete documentation for all work, minimizing errors to reduce client impact
- You will operate within company policies and procedures and warranty terms while adhering to all delegated authorities

Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Previous customer service, and/or call center experience is preferred
- Must be professional, polite, friendly, and a team player
- Basic computer skills with data entry proficiency
