Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst with Product Owner experience to join our growing Financial Services team. This role is ideal for a professional who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams while driving product strategy and delivering innovative business solutions.
The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management and have a proven track record of leading product initiatives in an Agile environment. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, defining product vision, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring successful product delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
· Act as the Product Owner by defining product vision, managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
· Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
· Work closely with development, QA, UX, and business teams throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.
· Facilitate Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
· Identify process improvements and recommend technology solutions that enhance business value.
· Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and support business process optimization.
· Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
· Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to business and technical stakeholders.
· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production releases, and post-implementation activities.
Required Qualifications
· 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
· Proven experience working as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.
· Mandatory experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management.
· Strong understanding of financial products, investment platforms, wealth management workflows, banking operations, or capital markets.
· Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and backlog management.
· Expertise in business process modeling, requirement gathering, user story creation, and stakeholder management.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments.
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
