il Focolare Pizzeria is looking to hire "Full-Time/Part Time Pizza Cooks/Garde Manger" . At il Focolare we treat every day like a pizza party! il Focolare is a locally owned pizzeria located in Cottontown. We serve a variety of differnt specialty pizzas along with salads and other small plates. il Folcare serves wood fire oven pizza and ingridents are made in house. This candidate must be a great team player, pays close attention to detail, and can work effectively in fast paced environment.
il Focolare's Hours of Operations: Sunday-Thursday 4pm-9pm & Friday-Saturday 4pm-10pm
All candidates must be available from hours of 11am-11pm timeframe.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day
- Hand tossed pizza experience
- Candidates must have an active ServSafe
- Flexibility in availability, able to work weekends, nights and evenings
- Great time management
- Great team spirit
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Understanding of cooking methods and procedures, and proficient knife handling skills
- Ability to perform task with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
- Experience working in an open kitchen concept
- Resume and References are required
