Park Street Pastry is a community bakery and café in Olathe, and we’re looking for a dependable, friendly full-time Café & Kitchen Assistant to join our small, close-knit team.
This is more than a dish-and-counter job. We want someone who wants to learn and grow, the owner will personally train the right person on baking and the day-to-day of running the shop, with the goal of growing into a trusted right-hand who helps keep things running smoothly. If you’re reliable, kind, and looking for a place to build something over time, we’d love to meet you.
What you’d do
- Welcome guests and serve coffee, drinks, and fresh baked goods
- Keep the café and kitchen clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Handle dishes and help with light prep and closing duties
- Pitch in wherever the day needs it - we all do a bit of everything

What we’re looking for
- Reliable, on time, and ready to work
- Warm and patient with guests and teammates
- Eager to learn - no baking experience required, we’ll teach you
- Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to ~50 lbs
- Available daytime shifts including Saturdays
