Overview:
At Planet Carwash, we are committed to providing top-notch car cleaning services while using solar power and recycled water to reduce our impact on the environment. We are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving team performance. This is an opportunity to grow within a fresh, new company and contribute to its ongoing success. Previous carwash experience is preferred, but not required. With an environmentally sustainable product, state-of-the-art wash equipment, all we are missing is you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and management tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or issues
- Assist with payroll processes and scheduling
- Supervise and train staff members on site policies and procedures
- Conduct inventory management and maintain stock levels
- Assist General Manager with on-site maintenance as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a carwash environment is preferred, but not necessary
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts
