Patrician Management is actively seeking an HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician at our apartment community in Baton Rouge, LA.

Duties:
Performs various community maintenance functions
Responds to resident service requests and issues
Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager
Diagnosis and performs minor and routine maintenance/repairs, as directed by Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager, involving the following, but not limited to:
Working knowledge of plumbing
Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers
A/C and Heating Systems
Water irrigation systems
Roofing and gutters
Doors (including interior/exterior), cabinets, windows
Door locks, mailbox locks, and controlled access systems
Hot Water heaters
Requirements:
Assist with on-call responsibilities
Apartment maintenance/make ready experience is preferred
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
HVAC certification required
Valid Drivers License
Pass a drug and criminal background check

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
On call every 3 weeks
Weekend availability when on call
