We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team and provide exceptional guest services in a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences for clients. Prior experience in a medical spa setting is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and recommendations
- Coordinate guest requests such as transportation, dining, and entertainment bookings
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and services
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest information
Skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong guest relations skills
- Experience in the med spa industry is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication
- Knowledge of guest services best practices
