Job Summary
Rhino Foundation Systems is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to direct its operations department. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Your leadership will drive project success by managing teams, streamlining processes, and maintaining high-quality standards across diverse construction initiatives. Responsibilities
- Direct production operations for residential and commercial projects, including scheduling, staffing, and budget performance
- Provide training to crews on basement waterproofing, concrete lifting, piering, and micropile solutions.
- Administer the company safety program, including weekly safety meetings, OSHA and PPE compliance, incident response, and corrective action
- Lead weekly department and foreman meetings, conduct quarterly performance evaluations, and oversee the onboarding, training, and development of foremen and field crews
- Oversee job closeouts and quality assurance, including weekly job-file audits and verification of complete project documentation
- Administer the company warranty program, including inspections, determinations, and completion documentation, maintaining professional and documented customer communication
- Oversee fleet and equipment maintenance and vehicle inspection compliance, directing shop organization and inventory standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading construction field operations, including production management and crew supervision
- Demonstrated experience managing supervisors or foremen against measurable performance standards
- Proficiency in job budgeting, labor utilization, and cost tracking
- Proficiency with construction management software
- Valid driver’s license and insurable motor vehicle record
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening
