Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth shift operations and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold food safety protocols.
- Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality control and consistency across all menu items.
- Oversee Toast POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Control inventory levels, monitor food and beverage stock, and coordinate with suppliers to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Conduct staff interviews, facilitate training sessions, and support team development initiatives.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
- Maintain compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures.
- Assist in managing budgets, scheduling shifts, and implementing operational improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
