As we continue to grow, we are expanding into licensed electrical services and are looking for an experienced Texas Master Electrician to help lead and build our new electrical division.
About the Opportunity
This is not your typical Master Electrician position.
We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to help build something from the ground up. We already have an established customer base, office staff, scheduling, estimating, billing, and marketing. Our goal is to provide you with the infrastructure so you can focus on delivering quality electrical services and helping grow the division.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the Master Electrician of Record for our electrical contractor license.
- Perform and oversee residential and light commercial electrical work.
- Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Assist in developing processes and building the electrical division.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Active Texas Master Electrician License (Required).
- Ability to qualify our Electrical Contractor License.
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting, service work, panel upgrades, lighting, and code compliance.
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Honest, dependable, and professional.

Pay: $104,028.70 - $125,281.87 per year
