OUTSIDE SALES – NW or SE IOWA

We partner directly with producers throughout the industry to deliver innovative equipment, exceptional service, and reliable solutions that keep operations running.
With the recent expansion into our new state-of-the-art facility, JW Bell continues to grow rapidly into new markets, including equipment rebuilds, custom manufacturing, machining, blasting, painting, and full-service support. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with us and become a key part of our success.
We are looking for a full time results-driven outside sales representative to actively seek out and increase our customer base and market share in Northwest or Southeast Iowa. To support you we provide a smoke-free company vehicle, cell phone, lap top computer and inside sales staff.
We offer a base salary, commissions, and a benefit package which includes, health, dental, vision, paid disability insurance and a 401K plan. Holidays are paid upon hiring, vacation accruals begin after 30 days.
Responsibilities
· Present, promote and sell equipment/parts/services to existing and prospective customers.
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
· Coordinate sales effort with the local branch and other departments
· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and submit weekly status reports
Requirements
· Proven work experience as a sales representative with knowledge in the aggregate industry, specifically crushing/screens
· Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
· Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
· Overnight travel one to three nights per week
· Your primary territory will be Northwest or Southeast Iowa
· Must have a clean driver record

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
