As a Collision Body Shop Technician, you'll restore damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition while maintaining the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities include:

Perform complete collision repairs including structural, frame, and cosmetic repairs

Replace and repair body panels, doors, fenders, hoods, bumpers, quarter panels, and other components

Perform frame and unibody repairs using manufacturer specifications

Weld, align, and fit replacement parts
-
Repair dents and damaged sheet metal
-
Prepare vehicles for paint by sanding, filling, masking, and priming
-
Assist with refinishing as needed

Install trim, lights, mirrors, moldings, and other exterior components

Work closely with estimators, service advisors, and fellow technicians

Complete repair documentation accurately

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Deliver repairs that exceed customer expectations

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of collision repair/body shop experience

Strong knowledge of body repair techniques and procedures

Experience with frame repair, welding, panel replacement, and dent repair

Ability to diagnose damage and determine proper repair methods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented

I-CAR Certification

ASE Collision Repair Certification

Manufacturer certifications

Welding certification

Experience with frame machines and measuring systems
