About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch patient care and support to our clients. Your primary duties will include:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring and reporting patient vital signs and condition
- Providing basic care and assistance with daily living activities
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support to clients in a rehabilitation and wellness setting
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in healthcare
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain high levels of patient satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant
