Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for students.
- Be able to work one-on-one with students and provide learning support for students.
- Follow school protocol, as outlined in the handbook.
Paraprofessionals who are also parents can take advantage of a schedule that matches their students- no need for extra childcare! This position provides access to health benefits.
Candidates must pass a background check. To qualify as a paraprofessional, candidates must also possess one of the following:
60 college credit hours, or
Have passed or are willing to take the ParaPro Assessment, or
Have completed or are willing to complete the 20-hour Substitute Certificate Course.
