Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team, delivering exceptional in-home healthcare services. This vital role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and providing hands-on nursing care to promote health, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will bring a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on clients’ lives.
Duties
As an RN, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional care delivery by:
- Conducting client assessments to determine individualized care needs
- Developing, implementing, and updating Plans of Care
- Supervising and supporting caregiver staff
- Performing in-home supervisory visits in compliance with state regulations
- Educating clients and families on care plans and expectations
- Responding to client concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Participating in quality assurance and care evaluations
- Training, mentoring, and recognizing caregiver performance
- Maintaining accurate documentation and confidentiality
- Responding to urgent and emergency situations with professionalism
Skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 2+ years of nursing experience (home care preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Work in client homes with varying environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks
- Combination of standing, walking, bending, and sitting throughout the day
Compliance & Hiring Requirements
To ensure the safety of our clients and compliance with healthcare regulations, all candidates must be able to:
- Pass a criminal background check
- Complete a drug screening
- Successfully clear required federal healthcare exclusion screenings
- Meet all health and employment eligibility requirements in accordance with state and federal guidelines
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
