3RD SHIFT
WORK DAYS - Friday, Saturday, Sunday
WORK HOURS - 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM - 36 hours benefits eligible
PAY RATE - $32.00 - $35.00hr. depending on experience and shift differential pay available
Positions Available - 3 positions to fill
Must have prior experience to be considered
Must be located in Colorado - No out of state Applicants
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operates Laser cutting machines to manufacture parts, equipment, and other components from sheet metal. Machine examples include Amamda ENSIS, FO, EMLK, & Trumpf
- Operates press material loader/unloader.
- Prepares, sets up, and adjusts Laser cutting machine as required by product plans and production schedules.
- Measures and aligns materials to be used.
- Inspects products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Performs routine maintenance on the laser cutter.
- Maintains a clean work area.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to safely and effectively operate or learn to operate laser cutter controls.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans.
- Basic computer and math skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Physically able to operate the laser cutting machine.
- Prolonged periods of standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
EXPERIENCE
- Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Laser Cutting Machine Operator: 1 year (Preferred)
