What You’ll Do
- Speak directly with homeowners throughout the Seattle area
- Generate qualified appointments through door-to-door outreach
- Learn professional communication, persuasion, and negotiation
- Participate in daily sales training and role-playing
- Receive direct, honest coaching from experienced leaders
- Track your activity and take ownership of your results
- Compete individually while supporting the success of your team
- Build relationships and skills that can last a lifetime
Team members will also have opportunities to train and work out together before the sales day begins.
The Development Path
Our goal is to help you achieve three major transformations:
Within six months: Work toward becoming the strongest and most disciplined version of yourself physically. We train together, track our progress, and hold one another accountable.
Within twelve months: Work toward reaching the strongest financial position of your life, with the goal of eliminating consumer debt.
Within five years: Develop the sales, communication, negotiation, leadership, and business skills required to lead a team—or eventually build a company of your own.
These outcomes are not automatic. We provide the system, coaching, and accountability. Your results will depend on your effort and execution.
