Job Summary:
JB Dental Lab is seeking a skilled and experienced Hybrid All-On-Four Dental Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fabrication of All-On-Four implant-supported hybrid prostheses, including planning, design, and production. This role demands precision, technical expertise, and a passion for providing high-quality dental restorations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication and Production: Design and fabricate All-On-Four hybrid dentures and prosthetics, ensuring each piece meets functional and esthetic standards.
- Case Planning and Collaboration: Collaborate with clinicians and other dental professionals to plan cases and ensure optimal outcomes for patients.
- Implant Framework Design: Fabricate and customize implant frameworks using traditional and digital techniques, ensuring accurate fit and comfort for the patient.
- Acrylic Processing: Perform acrylic processing, finishing, and polishing of hybrid prostheses, paying attention to detail and esthetics.
- Digital Workflow Integration: Utilize CAD/CAM technology for digital design and production of implant-supported restorations.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure high standards are maintained, including fit, function, and esthetics.
- Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs or adjustments to hybrid prostheses as needed, ensuring quick turnaround times and minimal disruption.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all cases, materials used, and processes followed.
- Material Management: Keep track of inventory for necessary materials and tools, ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental technician, specifically working with All-On-Four hybrid restorations.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to esthetic and functional details to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clinicians and lab team members.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing detailed work.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination for handling small tools and materials.
- Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
