- Communicate clearly with drivers, carriers, warehouse teams, and clients via multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally and courteously.
- Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and managing detailed records within AS400 or similar platforms.
