Schedule:
Monday - Thursday
12:00 PM – 10:00 PM | 10 hours shifts
Level of Care: Long Term Care & Assisted Living

Essential Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care according to individualized care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
- Accurately document resident care, observations, and changes in condition
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team
- Help create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for residents
Qualifications
- Current Kansas Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for serving seniors with compassion, dignity, and respect
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care preferred but not required
