Overview
American Quality Roofing & Exteriors is hiring Outside Sales Representatives for our insurance restoration and roofing sales team.
This is a high-income, commission-based sales position focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals in the field.
No experience required—we provide paid training, sales coaching, and a proven sales process to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Pursue provided leads, prospect and generate leads through door knocking, canvassing, and referrals
- Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners
- Perform roof inspections and property assessments
- Educate customers on insurance claims and restoration process
- Negotiate and close sales contracts
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline (CRM management)
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and direct sales
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in outside sales, B2C sales, or direct sales
- Background in roofing, construction, or home services
- Familiarity with CRM software (Roofing Redline, HailTrace, etc.)
Compensation Details
- Uncapped commission structure
- Top performers earn $200K+
- Bonuses based on sales performance and volume
- Opportunities for promotion into leadership roles
Pay: $80,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
