Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care through innovative treatment plans and evidence-based practices. We utilize a manual therapy and exercise based approach. BFR, biofeedback, and other modalities are available as well.
PDPT was founded over 10 years ago. We are located less than 2 miles from Folsom Lake and just between the cities of Roseville and Folsom.
The position is open to new grads as well as experienced PTs. Mentorship is offered.
Responsibilities
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of patients’ physiology, anatomy, and medical history.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards and electronic health records (EHR) management protocols. WebPT.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies to promote ongoing recovery and independence.
Experience
- Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role.
- Familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation center operations and outpatient clinic experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and clinical documentation standards.
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Electronic Medical Records) or EHR management platforms for accurate patient documentation.
- Prior involvement in treatment plan development for diverse conditions such as orthopedics, or post-surgical rehabilitation

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
