Scion is paving a path in student living and we're seeking a talented Accounts Payable Processor - Temporary to join us in executing our vision.
Your Responsibilities
Operational Transactions
- Reviews invoices for accuracy, auditing documentation.
- Assign and route invoices through Coupa accurately.
- Research and analyze invoices to resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with necessary parties regarding invoice inquiries.
- Processes resident refunds, reviewing final account statements against the resident ledgers for accuracy prior to paying.
- Obtain Forwarding Addresses as needed.
- Perform clerical tasks as needed
Administration
- Maintains accurate files and documentation as required.
- Provides support to Property Staff, Property Accountants, and Executive leadership as required.
- Responds to corporate staff inquiries.
- Readily learns and adapts to new processes and technology and assists with the adoption of such changes.
- Partners collaboratively and diligently with vendors and property managers to ensure they are equipped to follow best practices with AP technology and processes.

Operational Details
- Job location is based at Scion's Chicago corporate headquarters.
- Working hours consist of standard daytime business hours.
- This is a temporary position with an expected employment until September 30th, 2026.
