We are seeking an Accounting Manager (Part-Time Hybrid) to provide critical oversight and process development for Lavallee Systems’ accounting functions. Our goal is to dramatically improve efficiency and streamline processes across the organization. This role is vital for providing the oversight needed to achieve these goals.
This Hybrid position is focused on both direct accounting functions and managing the system integration between ServiceTitan and QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Direct Accounting Duties: Execution of routine and non-routine journal entries, completion of month-end reconciliations, and active management of the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll functions.
- Integration Management: Manage the accurate synchronization of data (e.g., invoices, payments, vendor bills) from ServiceTitan and Bill.com into QuickBooks Desktop. Assist with the implementation of Ply.
- Process Improvement: Partner with the CFO and executive team to streamline accounting processes, particularly around payroll and the implementation of a Purchase Order process in ServiceTitan.
- System Knowledge: Must be proficient in working within a QuickBooks Desktop environment hosted via Right Networks.
Requirements
- Required: Part-time availability and remote experience.
- Required: Deep, hands-on experience with ServiceTitan and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Familiarity with ADP Run is a plus.
- Demonstrated history of driving process improvement and managing data integrity between major accounting systems.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
