As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service at our café locations. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Overseeing daily café operations and ensuring everything runs efficiently.
- Maintaining high standards for product quality and cleanliness.
- Assisting with scheduling, training, and mentoring team members.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
- Supporting inventory management and ensuring product availability.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a café, retail, or food service setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative and positive attitude that inspires your team.
