Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home behavioral therapy services. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and document data accurately to track progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Provide direct in-home therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient care and ensure consistency across settings.
- Maintain detailed medical documentation, including patient records, intake forms, and progress notes, in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Educate families on behavioral strategies, progress updates, and training to promote generalization of skills outside therapy sessions.
- Stay current with developments in behavioral health, special education, medical terminology, and best practices for working with individuals with disabilities.
Qualifications
- Valid BCBA certification, and LBA in Maryland required.
- Experience with behavioral therapy, especially applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Prior work with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder preferred.
- Strong skills in data collection, patient assessment, and medical documentation.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience maintaining confidential medical records.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, diagnostic evaluation processes, and intake procedures related to behavioral health.
- Excellent communication skills for working with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

Pay: $95.00 - $110.00 per hour
