Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and meticulous grounds maintenance, including mowing, edging, weeding, and mulching.
- Safely operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.
- Assist with pruning shrubs, trimming hedges, and maintaining flower beds.
- Follow job-site safety standards and company quality guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional landscaping experience (Specifically in landscape maintenance).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Physically capable of lifting 40+ lbs and performing continuous manual labor (bending, kneeling, lifting).
- Reliable transportation to the shop/yard every day.
