Project 150, a Nevada non-profit is seeking a dynamic and strategic Programs Manager to oversee impactful youth focused initiatives that drive social change and community development. Position Overview
The Programs Manager reports to the Executive Director and works with Project 150’s Student Services Coordinators to enhance the organizations programs and services in high schools across the valley and helps raise awareness of additional services available to students through Betty’s Boutique, community events, and media channels. This position is the point of contact for day-to-day operations at Project 150’s Flamingo location.
Position Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations at Project 150’s Southeast location including; assigning tasks to volunteers during their shifts and working with Student Services Coordinators to ensure the success of programs and activities for Project 150. Primary responsibilities include developing/evaluating programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals and managing programs within their respective budgets and operating plans. The Program Manager reviews and approves data for monthly, quarterly and annual reports, assists in coordinating Project 150 annual events including: Scholarship Award Luncheon, Back to School, Holiday Meals, Prom Closet, and other events planned by Project 150.
This position will work closely with the Executive Director and assist in drafting and writing program funding proposals as needed. There are occasional evening and weekend work shifts, depending on agency needs. Other related duties may be assigned by the Executive Director.

Work Schedule
Typical work schedule is Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
Salary and Benefits
Annual salary based on experience. The organization offers 2 weeks paid time off (PTO), 8 paid Federal Holidays and 2 paid floating holidays of your choice. Health insurance is covered for the employee.
