Position: Marketing Intern (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Location: St. Louis, MO (In-Person Preferred, Hybrid/Online Options Available)
Duration: Semester or Project-Based (Stipend Possible)
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern who is passionate about developing a career in
digital marketing, use of artificial intelligence and lead generation. The internship offers flexibility
for students currently pursuing a degree, with options to integrate their co-op program or
classwork into their role. The ideal candidate will be based in the St. Louis area, with availability
for in-person work preferred, but hybrid or fully remote arrangements can be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Campaign Support:
- Assist in the creation, development, and execution of marketing campaigns (digital
and offline).
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends.
- Support social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement across
platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Content Creation & Management:
- Help develop engaging content for newsletters, blogs, websites, and social media.
- Create visual assets for marketing materials using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva,
Adobe Creative Suite).
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s website events or platforms.
- Event Planning & Coordination:
- Help organize, promote, and support virtual or in-person events, webinars, and
workshops.
- Assist with logistics, vendor communication, and participant coordination.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement rates,
and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide insights based on data to optimize future marketing strategies.
- Collaborative Projects:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support cross-functional
projects.
- Assist in client outreach and communications, including drafting marketing emails
and proposals.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university (preferably in marketing, business,
communications, or a related field).
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic graphic design
software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, or similar marketing tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO principles, and paid social advertising (a plus).
- Interest in transitioning to a full-time role upon graduation.
Work Arrangements:
- In-Person Preferred: Ability to work in the St. Louis office for networking and collaborative
projects.
- Hybrid/Remote: Flexibility for online participation, but must be available for occasional in-person meetings or events.
- Full-Time Consideration: Outstanding interns will be considered for full-time roles after

Compensation:
- Stipend: Available based on project scope and internship duration.
- Academic Credit: The internship can be used for academic credit, based on university
guidelines.
