Duties
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development tailored to infants’ needs.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence while ensuring safety and comfort.
- Conduct regular assessments of each child's developmental progress, including milestones related to literacy, motor skills, and social behaviors.
- Manage classroom routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and age-appropriate activities with patience and consistency.
- Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address concerns, and support early intervention strategies when necessary.
- Apply behavior management techniques to foster positive interactions and emotional regulation among children.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with infants or toddlers in a childcare or preschool setting.
- Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members effectively.
- Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields; relevant coursework in childhood development is a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
